Three Steps to make a call ;

1.  Dial 8000 2111 on your Fixed line phone or mobile phone.
2.  Now enter the scratch number followed by the # key.
3.  Enter the destination number you wish to call as given:
       ( country code + city code + Telephone / Mobile number) followed by the # key.
